Deck Screens
We design and build our own range of vibrating deck screens used to screen a variety of products.
Our miniscreens are designed to be a compact mobile screen suitable for skip yards,landscapers and developers etc. They are designed to be tough and robust and are made by us here at Spitfire Engineering Services LTD.
Our Miniscreen range covers deck sizes of 2000mm x 1000mm and can be supplied with a range of screen sizes. Options for this range of screens includes:
- Single or double deck
- With or without a discharge conveyor
- Powered by electric but we can supply petrol and diesel generators if required
- Screen box mounted on ROSTA style mounts
- Easy to transport
- Can be used to screen soil, aggregates. woodchip, glass etc

Infeed hopper
Designed and built to work with any of our mini screens. The capacity of the hopper plus greedy boards allows for an even, consistent feed onto the deck screen. Loading of the machine can be done using an excavator or loader.
